Meet the artist…
Jessica launched her career in the beauty industry 14 years ago as a licensed Cosmetologist. Over the years, Jessica has continued to expand her skills and beauty portfolio to include cosmetic tattooing, paramedical tattooing, as well as Lash Lift & Tint and eyebrow sculpting procedures.
Jessica is a 7-times certified cosmetic and medical tattoo artist. She earned her Cosmetic Tattoo license in 2018 through Microblading LA in California, and additional certifications in Ombre Powder Brow & Nano Hairstroke techniques through Phi Brow Academy, as well as Li-FT® cosmetic tattoo removal.
It was a lifelong goal of Jessica’s to add paramedical tattooing to her portfolio of skills and she was thrilled to have the opportunity to obtain her license from a Master Trainer with NUE Conceal in San Diego, California.
Jessica is a proud military wife, just recently returned stateside (to sunny California!) after several years on the beautiful island of Okinawa, Japan. She has an adorable dog named Peaches, and she loves coffee, hiking, bike rides and spending time with friends and family!

Servicing clients by appointment only. To reserve your appointment click the Schedule an Appointment button. A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure and confirm your appointment for permanent makeup services.

Life happens, we understand! Should you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows and cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the service(s) booked.

PRECAUTIONS
Contraindications and limitations exist around some services — please check the Info & FAQ pages for more details. A doctor’s written permission may be required prior to performing those treatments on clients with certain pre-existing conditions. Permanent makeup treatments will not be performed on women who are pregnant, nursing, or anyone under the age of 18.
